【摘要】 目的：探讨闭合复位PFNA髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的护理方式与效果。方法：将2018年1月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的60例行闭合复位PFNA髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折患者作为研究对象，按照护理方式分为对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)，对照组施以常规护理，试验组施以综合护理，观察两组伤口一期愈合率、住院时间、并发症发生率、Harris关节功能优良率及满意度。结果：试验组伤口一期愈合率、Harris关节功能优良率与总满意度均明显高于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对行闭合复位PFNA髓内钉治疗的股骨干骨折患者予以综合护理具有良好的护理效果，不仅能够提升伤口一期愈合率、Harris关节功能优良率与满意度，同时能够缩短住院时间，降低并发症发生率。
