【摘要】 目的：探讨PFNA与人工股骨头置換术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果及安全性。方法：选择笔者所在医院2018年1-7月收治的118例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。FHR组给予人工股骨头置换术(FHR)治疗，PFNA组给予股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗，比较两组治疗效果和安全性。结果：PFNA组手术时间短于FHR组，术中出血量少于FHR组，并发症发生率低于FHR组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后3、6个月Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：PFNA与FHR治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折均具有良好效果，但PFNA操作简便，对患者创伤小，术后并发症少。
