【摘 要】目的：探析绿色通道下早期手术在老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法：本文所选78例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者均为本院2018年5月至2019年5月接收，基于随机数字表法分为2组，对照组与观察组分别开展传统手术治疗与绿色通道下手术治疗，对比2组治疗效果。结果：在治疗总有效率、住院时间和术前等待时间方面，观察组均比对照组优(P<0.05)。结论：予以老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者绿色通道下早期手术治疗，可显著提高治疗效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of early operation under green channel in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly. Methods 78 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected and received in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019.
